- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
