Steak Bites and Shell Pasta in Garlic Butter Alfredo Sauce

This dish features tender steak bites paired with shell pasta, all enveloped in a rich and creamy garlic butter Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces shell pasta
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked shell pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the steak bites for a few hours before cooking.
