Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha to make the dip.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the meat mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the dip by varying the amount of sriracha.
