A delicious and easy recipe for Chicken Normandy featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Stir in the diced chicken ham, thyme, and cream; simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon, cook for a few more minutes, then serve.
