  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Cut the French bread into thick slices and create pockets for the filling.
  4. Stuff the pockets with the ricotta mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  6. Dip each stuffed slice in the egg mixture.
  7. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the stuffed slices until golden brown on both sides.
