- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and water. Pour this sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
