TUSCAN CHICKEN PASTA

A delicious Tuscan Chicken Pasta recipe featuring creamy sauce and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined.
  6. Add fettuccine and turkey bacon back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
