  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the red bell peppers in the oven for 20-25 minutes until charred.
