- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
