  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into a bowl.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the sautéed onions and garlic to the bowl with turkey bacon and mix in the chicken ham, breadcrumbs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Beat the eggs and mix them into the stuffing mixture until combined.
  6. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
