  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Layer the croissants, spinach, prosciutto, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
