Spinach Artichoke Chicken

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  5. Place in a baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
