  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, stir the warm water and yeast together until dissolved.
  3. Add the sugar, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture and knead to form a dough.
  4. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a separate bowl.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into strips.
  7. Place filling on each strip, roll them up, and shape into pretzels.
  8. In a pot, boil water with baking soda, then dip each pretzel in the water.
  9. Bake pretzels for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
