  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are soft.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the miso paste with a bit of hot broth until smooth.
  5. Stir the miso mixture into the pot.
  6. Add the soy sauce, chili paste, green onions, and tofu.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
