- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the shredded chicken and jalapeños to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese and chicken broth, mixing until smooth.
- Add the corn, garlic powder, onion powder, and stir well.
- Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
