  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, bell pepper, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
