  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Southwest seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Southwest seasoning; cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
