Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and lemon zest, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.

  7. Place the cookies on baking sheets and slightly flatten them.
