Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic, and oregano on top.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir to combine with the sauce.
