Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs

Delicious and easy to make slow cooker honey garlic meatballs perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Form into meatballs.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch with water.
  3. Add meatballs to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
