Slow Cooker Chicken Parm Meatballs

A delicious and easy recipe for chicken parm meatballs made in a slow cooker, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over them.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until cooked through.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover to melt.
