- 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the beef to the slow cooker, then pour the sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Add the broccoli in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
