  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the corn and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turns pink.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
