  • 200 grams fregola
  • 300 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 grams mussels, cleaned
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • 200 ml fish stock
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion, garlic, and chili until soft.
  2. Add fregola and stir for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in white wine and let it evaporate.
  4. Add fish stock and bring to a simmer.
  5. After 10 minutes, add the shrimp and mussels, cover, and cook until seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
