  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  4. While the squash is roasting, slice the onions and sauté in a pan until caramelized.
  5. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
