  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and eggs, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then add softened butter and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberry jam over the surface.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and place in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
