Quick Beef Stir-Fry

Quick Beef Stir-Fry is a fast and flavorful dish perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and cornstarch, cook for an additional minute until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in half of the soy sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • You can use any vegetables you have on hand.
