  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts.
