  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Make a small indentation in each cookie.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
