Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
