- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the bran cereal, pumpkin puree, honey, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
