- 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, eggs, egg whites, turkey bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
