Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.

  4. Stir in the milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
