  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough, spread peanut butter, and sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups on top.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice it into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
