- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
