  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, blend peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan about 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool before frosting.

Notes

  • For a more decadent flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
  • These donuts can also be topped with crushed peanuts for extra crunch.
