  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper, fold, and seal tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add dumplings and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
