  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Arrange the brioche slices in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture evenly over them.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Bake the French toast for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
  6. While the French toast is baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  7. Serve the French toast warm with turkey bacon on the side.
