  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then evenly coat them with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
