One-Pot Tomato Pasta with Ricotta

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the pasta, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
