  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped turkey bacon.
  2. Cook until crispy, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
