2 cups chicken broth
1 cup Arborio rice
1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add to the pan and sear until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add Arborio rice and toast for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and stir, then return the chicken to the pan.
Cover and let it simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken rice delight!
