Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add cornstarch to the soy sauce mixture and stir to dissolve.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
