- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- In a medium bowl, combine brewed espresso and coffee liqueur.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
