  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked rice, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, stirring to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
