  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the spice mixture thoroughly.
