  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
