  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cheese mixture to the vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
