- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for about 15 minutes, then pat dry.
