- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté until browned.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
