A delicious and easy recipe for keto chili made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a low-carb diet.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté until browned.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • You can customize the spice level by adding more chili powder or jalapeños.
  • This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
