Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
