- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of two slices, layer the scrambled eggs and turkey bacon.
